Incredible stay with awesome vibes!

This place is a gem! The lobby and the bar are straight-up gorgeous with that cool old bank vibe. Our suite was spacious with super comfy beds and fun decor. Shoutout to the friendly staff—Tiffany got us a brunch reservation which was a huge help. The only bummer was the pool area. it was pretty cramped and not inviting. Still, breakfast at the restaurant rocked!

Convenient Location with Friendly Staff

Our stay lasted three nights in a Standard King Room, and we loved the central location for exploring. The onsite restaurant has delicious garlic fries and a fantastic waffle maker at breakfast. Special thanks to Garnett for his friendly recommendations. Just keep an eye out for extra fees!

i had an amazing stay at the riggs hotel this time around. my previous stay in d. c. was great, but this experience far exceeded my expectations. the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring all the major attractions.

We had an amazing time at this hotel with my friends! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. We loved visiting the National Zoo and the nearby museums. Just a heads up – the sink area was a bit small, but it didn't ruin our experience. Definitely recommend this place for a fun group getaway!

The breakfast at the cafe was gorgeous, featuring homemade jams that made my morning. The staff was super friendly, and the location was just fabulous for exploring all the major attractions around the city. Housekeeping also nailed it with service!

Had a bit of a bumpy ride with miscommunications! When I asked about breakfast, they said until 11, but turns out it was actually 10! Plus, checkout felt a bit chaotic without a receipt being handed over and the whole breakfast policy was a mystery. Yet, those minor hiccups didn’t ruin my vibe.

We loved our stay at Riggs Washington Dc! The atmosphere was vibrant and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room had a beautiful view with large windows that filled the space with natural light. The location couldn't be better, as we were just a short walk from iconic landmarks like the White House and the Smithsonian museums.

The stunning transformation of this historic building creates a beautiful ambiance, with a well-designed room that offers both comfort and style. The restaurant serves high-quality food with attentive staff who enhance the dining experience. However, the shuttle service was disorganized, and there were frustrating delays in communication upon arrival. Additionally, the fan in the room created an uncomfortable atmosphere as it blew constantly. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was enjoyable.

The location made it easy to walk to many attractions. I enjoyed a walk to the nearby museum and felt safe exploring the area. The staff was friendly. I had some minor issues, like waiting long for the car from valet, but the service was still efficient in resolving matters. I found the history of the place interesting, being a former bank. Overall, it was a good experience for a couple traveling.

incredible convenience for city walks and parks nearby

During my stay, I really appreciated the hotel's location, just a few steps from the National Portrait Gallery and a short stroll to the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, making it easy to explore the vibrant culture and rich history of DC on foot.

The luxurious design impressed me, but the bathroom door was awkwardly placed.
